This article documents two methods to see a list of devices that work with PointCare.
These are not just recommended...these are the only tablets you can purchase that will work with PointCare.
Make sure you look under the service line you will be using. Most times we use Verizon, it has the best coverage area…but if AT&T has good deals and your clinicians aren’t going way out into rural areas…AT&T might work for you too.
There are two main ways to get to this list:
1. Preferred Method
You can find this document on the customer experience portal. I’ll send another document on how to get to the customer experience portal. This is the best place to look for the most recent manuals and to search for help on HCHB. Once on the Customer Experience Portal, search for “recommended devices” (1) and you will see a document there that will show the most recent list (2).
2. Second Method
You can find this list on the main HCHB (R2) page when you log in. If you click the Resource Center tab (1), then look in the right column down a little ways…you will find the recommended devices document (2). If there are any changes to devices that work with HCHB, they would be listed here
