Password Reset Portal

SELF SERVICE PASSWORD RESET TOOL: THIS WORKS FOR WORKDAY, PENNANT U AND CITRIX/EMAIL. THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR PCC or HCHB

Purpose: 

Steps:

1. Go to the Pennant Guide Website (Pennantguide.com) 
   (This can be done on a mobile device as well)
2. Click on the Help icon
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Password Portal icon.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Forgot Icon as shown in the screen shot below:
   
   If you want to change your password, the change password icon would be the option to pick:
   
5. With either option, just follow the prompts and you will be able to update your password for Email, Workday and Pennant University.  These systems all use the same password.
